Returns

You can return products purchased from us within 14 days of receiving the package. To do this, you can log in to your account and use quick returns.

Select products to return

Return all or just selected products from your order list. You have 14 days to return.

Providence details

Check the data “taken” from the order and complete the missing information: including shipping method, packaging type and shipping date.

Pack and ship your parcel

Pack the return in the same or different packaging. Hand the package over to the courier, take it to a parcel locker or drop-off point. The products will be returned to the store.

Remember to include the receipt and the declaration of withdrawal from the contract in the package. You can download the declaration here: Withdrawal form from the contract . If you use a different form, be sure to provide your account number and fill in your name and surname legally. This will speed up the refund. You can send the declaration of withdrawal from the purchase contract to the following e-mail address: hello@yumatcha.com . The date of sending the e-mail with the declaration or the date of sending the return package determines whether the 14-day return period is met. The returned goods must be complete (including tags) and cannot bear signs of use. If you return a product that does not meet these requirements, we will be forced to send it back at your expense.

 

We will transfer the money for the returned goods no later than 14 days after receiving the package. The form of the refund depends on the payment method selected when placing the order. If the order was paid for by instant transfer, we will make the refund in the same way. In the case of a partial return of the order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

The cost of returning the goods to the Store is borne by the Customer. If the order was paid for but not collected, we will refund the value of the order less the cost of return shipping.


Complaints

 

If the product you purchased is faulty, damaged or not as ordered, we will be happy to help you resolve the issue. Below is the complaint procedure:

  1. Describe the problem you are experiencing in detail and attach any relevant information and documents, such as your order number, receipt or invoice.
  2. We will respond to your report as soon as possible and provide further instructions regarding the complaint.
  3. If your complaint is upheld, we will try to resolve the issue in the way that is most beneficial to you. This may include replacing the product with a new one, repairing it, refunding your money or other forms of compensation.
