On the product page you will find detailed information about the time we need to prepare the product for shipping. We start processing the order immediately after receiving the payment. In the case of payment by traditional transfer, the order processing time is extended by the time needed to record the payment. 

Order processing times may be longer during promotional campaigns. 

Once your entire order is complete, the package will be packed and handed over to the courier company. Delivery time depends on the selected carrier, type of shipment and recipient's address. It usually takes up to 2 business days. If you have chosen to collect your order at the Paczkomat® InPost machine, the package will be at your chosen location within 2 business days of shipment. You will receive a confirmation of the shipment of the package at your e-mail address, provided when placing the order.
